KUALA LUMPUR: GuocoLand (M) Bhd, which has received another unusual market activity (UMA) query from Bursa Malaysia, said it was unaware of the reasons for the UMA.
In a reply to the UMA query, the company said it is not aware of any cause including corporate developments, rumours and any possible explanations that may had caused the UMA after making due enquiry with its directors and major share holders.
GuocoLand added that the company would make any necessary announcement to Bursa in compliance with paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities on immediate disclosure obligations.
