Plenitude closing three hotels due to pandemic


The Gurney Resort Hotel and Residences is among the three hotels which Plenitude is closing down its operations due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

KUALA LUMPUR: Plenitude Bhd is temporarily closing two of its hotels in Penang and one in Ipoh with effect from Monday and it is also downsizing operations in its other hotels due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

In a statement to Bursa Malaysia on Monday, it said the hotels to temporary cease operations were Mercure Penang Beach, Penang, The Gurney Resort Hotel and Residences, Penang and Travelodge Ipoh
