Johari ups stake in KUB to nearly 33% via JAG

KUB Malaysia Bhd chairman Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani raised his stake in the company to nearly 33% following the purchase of 1.70 million shares via JAG Capital Holdings Sdn Bhd.

KUALA LUMPUR: KUB Malaysia Bhd chairman Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani raised his stake in the company to nearly 33% following the purchase of 1.70 million shares via JAG Capital Holdings Sdn Bhd.

A filing on Tuesday showed the shares were bought from the open market the previous day. The share price closed at 24.5 sen.
