KUALA LUMPUR: KNM Group Bhd
's unit KNM Process Systems Sdn Bhd has secured two contracts worth RM55.62mil from SK Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd for the suppy of columns for its oil and gas operations.
It announced on Tuesday the first contract was to design and supply two columns for the RDMP RU-V Balikpapan project in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. The project is operated by PT Pertamina.
The columns must be delivered no later than March 24, 2021.
SK Engineering & Construction is a South Korean company whose core activities are engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance services. It is part of the SK Group.
“The transaction is expected to contribute positively to KNM’s earnings for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2019, 2020 and 2021,” KNM said.
