KUALA LUMPUR: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd‘s construction unit has received a RM155mil contract from Aspen Entity Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of HCK Capital Group Bhd to undertake building works for a proposed development in Cyberjaya, Selangor.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the award to Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd entailed the construction of the main building the development comprising two 11-storey blocks of service suites and one 25-storey block of service suites, car park podiums, common areas and facilities.

The contract will commence on March 1, 2019 for a period of 24 months until competion.

The job is Kerjaya Prospek’s first for this year and brings its total outstanding order book to about RM3.1bil.

Kerjaya executive chairman Datuk Tee Eng Ho said: “The group is excited to have won this contract from HCK, and it demonstrates the Group’s success in securing construction contract during challenging time.”
