PETALING JAYA: Oversupply and affordability issues weighing on major property segments need the “urgent” attention of stakeholders, which include authorities, property developers, owners and other stake stakeholders, the central bank said.
Central bank governor Tan Sri Muhammad Ibrahim said these issues cannot be “left unchecked.”
