Five-fold jump in Aemulus Q3 net profit


During the quarter in review, the semiconductor company saw its revenue doubling to RM12mil from RM5.5mil in the previous corresponding quarter, driven by growing demand from the enterprise storage, smartphone and tablet segments.

PETALING JAYA: Aemulus Holdings Bhd registered a five-fold increase in net profit to RM2.5mil for its third quarter ended June 30 from RM480,000 in the corresponding period last year, thanks to higher revenue.

During the quarter in review, the semiconductor company saw its revenue doubling to RM12mil from RM5.5mil in the previous corresponding quarter, driven by growing demand from the enterprise storage, smartphone and tablet segments. The group’s earnings per share rose to 0.56 sen from 0.11 sen previously.
