(MBSB) has announced the appointments of new directors.
They are Sazaliza Zainuddin, 44, as its non-independent non-executive director, Datuk Johar Che Mat, 64, and Lynette Yeow Su-Yin, 47, as its independent non-executive directors effective yesterday.
