Kenanga: Pos Malaysia’s bid for KLAS ‘fair and reasonable’


PETALING JAYA: Pos Malaysia Bhd’s proposed acquisitions of KL Airport Services Sdn Bhd (KLAS) and a land parcel in Shah Alam from two subsidiaries of DRB-Hicom Bhd for RM818.35mil have been deemed as “fair and reasonable” by Kenanga Investment Bank, an independent adviser to the deal.

In line with its conclusion, the adviser had recommended that the non-interested shareholders of Pos Malaysia vote in favour of the resolutions pertaining to the proposals to be tabled at its forthcoming EGM.
