KUALA LUMPUR: The Berjaya Land (BLand) group has suspended development works on its US$2.4bil (RM10.3bil) Jeju Airest City development in Jeju Island and launched legal proceedings against its joint-venture partner Jeju Free International City Development Center (JDC).
