Commodity prices wil continue to pressure Malaysia

PETALING JAYA: Weak commodity prices will continue to put pressure on Malaysia’s fiscal and broader economic outlook next year, said Fitch Ratings.

According to the international rating agency, some of the detailed assumptions for the country’s Budget 2016 looked optimistic, hence, could potentially pose some downside risk to the Government’s projections.
