PETALING JAYA: Carlsberg Brewery Malaysia Bhd has entered into a share sale agreement with Capriwood Sdn Bhd to sell its 70% equity interest in its subsidiary Luen Heng F&B Sdn Bhd (LHFB) for RM19.5mil.

The company said in its filing with Bursa Malaysia that the disposal was in line with its parent company Carlsberg Group’s strategy to “focus on beer as core” and to maximise the return on capital invested.
