Sarawak Oil Palms sees 4m shares traded off-market



KUALA LUMPUR: Sarawak Oil Palms Bhd saw four million of its shares transacted in a direct deal at RM4.50 each on Monday.

Stock market data showed the shares accounted for a 0.9% stake based on its paid-up of 439.49 million shares.

At RM4.50, the off-market price was 13.8% below Friday’s closing price of RM5.22.

At midday, the share price was untraded at RM5.22.
