PETALING JAYA: Fitters Diversified Bhd
has fixed the issue price of its placement shares at RM1.23 each and exercise price for its warrants at RM1 apiece.
This represents a respective discount of approximately 8.21% to the five-day volume weighted average price (VWAP) of Fitters shares, up to and including Sept 22 of RM1.34 per share.
