GEORGE TOWN: Nibong Tebal Paper Mill Holdings Bhd (NTPM) is allocating over RM20mil for a new plant to expand its personal care product business.
Group managing director Lee See Jin said the group would produce diapers, facial cottons and sanitary napkins at the new plant in Nibong Tebal, which would be ready for operation by end-2015.
