TRC Synergy bags RM414.64mil mixed devt JV project in KL

KUALA LUMPUR: TRC Synergy Bhd has secured two contracts from Messrs KL Eco City Sdn Bhd valued at RM414.64mil for a mixed development joint venture.

It said on Thursday its unit Trans Resources Corporation Sdn Bhd would undertake the project, a JV between Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur and KL Eco City Sdn Bhd, to build two blocks of office and one block of service apartments.
