Mah Sing buys prime land, plans RM2.5bil high-end housing project


Prestigious: The 85-acre Mah Sing has acquired is dubbed the Damansara Heights of Shah Alam.

PETALING JAYA: Mah Sing Group Bhd has acquired a 85.43-acre fairway at “the Damansara Heights of Shah Alam” for RM327.4mil for the development of a high-end residential project with an expected gross development value (GDV) of RM2.5bil.

The fairway is at the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Golf Course (SSAASGC) in Shah Alam’s Section 13, The fairway was sold for RM88 per sq ft.
