Strengthening one's business through differences

What it takes to run a business does not solely depend on the strength of its carefully crafted business strategy. The best laid out plans have little value if not put into action by people - in particular, a cohesive team.

This is what the 13 finalists of the Alliance Bank SME Innovation Challenge learned in their latest training. Having finished their Blue Ocean strategy training, this week’s sessions focused on understanding personalities using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Gallup StrengthsFinder [spelled as a word] assessments.
