Perwaja gets CDRC approval


KUALA LUMPUR: The Corporate Debt Restructuring Committee (CDRC) has approved Perwaja Holdings Bhd’s application for assistance to mediate between Perwaja group and its lenders.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Perwaja said it was required to submit a proposed restructuring scheme within 60 days from Sept 26, the date of the letter sent by CDRC. — Bernama
