KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Airline System (MAS) was in focus in early Wednesday trade while fund nibbling of key stocks like Hong Leong Bank and BAT pushed the FBM KLCI just a hair breath away from the 1,800 level.
At 9am, the KLCI was up 4.86 points to 1,799.95. Turnover was 33.29 million shares valued at RM14.06mil. There were 81 gainers, 17 losers and 89 counters unchanged.
