Axis REIT profit down slightly

PETALING JAYA: Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) posted a slight drop in first-quarter net profit to RM20.88mil from RM20.96mil a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31, however, rose 8.4% to RM35mil, versus RM32.29mil before, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday.
