WHEN four directors of a listed company quit in one go and cited the same vague reason for the resignations, was it a case of great minds thinking alike or of fools seldom differing? Or more likely, could it be that they were simply not too bothered about properly explaining their departure?
The quartet had been directors of ACE Market-listed Mtouche Technology Bhd
until Friday. That's when founder and executive chairman Eugene Goh, executive director Tan Wee Meng, and independent directors Ng Joo How and Lai Teik Kin, stepped down from the board.
