USM to unveil Internet-based power meters for Asean market


GEORGE TOWN: Universiti Sain Malaysia is expected to release virtual power meters for the Asean market by the end of the year or in early 2012.

USM NAv6 centre director Prof R. Sureswaran (pic) said USM was licensing the rights to customise and market the virtual power meter to Thailand-based SWN Intertrade Co Ltd (SWN) for the Thai and regional markets.
