Wall Street rekindles reporting debate


AS Malaysia enters its quarterly earnings season, the issue of reporting frequency has resurfaced.

This follows a proposal by Wall Street’s top regulator to allow US-listed companies to switch to twice-yearly earnings reports – an idea that has been examined before in the United States, including during Donald Trump’s earlier presidency.
