TNB E-Services for easy monitoring of electricity accounts

KUALA LUMPUR: Customers can now monitor their electricity accounts by logging on to https://e-services.tnb.com.my, a free web-based service provided by Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB).

Customers can register for "customer online bill information" under its free web-based service, said TNB in a statement. This service allows customers to check their outstanding bills, accounts details, bill history and payment history, among others.

TNB customers with rented or leased out premises will find this service valuable as it enables tracking of electricity accounts registered under their name, it said.

For more details on TNB e-services, customers in Selangor and Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur can call TNB One Stop Enquiry Centre at 1-300-88-5454.

Customers can also check on the status of their outstanding bills and payments by visiting the nearest Kedai Tenaga. - BERNAMA
