KUALA LUMPUR: TM International Bhd (TMI) announced yesterday its subsidiary Celcom (M) Bhd is subscribing to shares in Tune Talk Sdn Bhd for RM2.625mil.
Celcom has entered into a subscription agreement and shareholders’ agreement with Tune Ventures Sdn Bhd, Tune Strategic Investment Ltd and Tune Talk in relation to the investment.
