Dragon-i to enter halal market


PENANG: Dragon-i Restaurants Sdn Bhd, the owner-operator of the thriving Shanghainese restaurant chain, plans to tap the halal market with two restaurants. 

It had allocated RM4mil to set up halal outlets at the KL International Airport (KLIA) and Suria KLCC next year, chief executive officer Henry Yip said.”The halal outlets are part of our expansion plan to have at least 12 outlets nationwide by end-2008.
