KUCHING: The Sarawak Timber Industry Development Corporation (STIDC) is making a maiden venture into property development with a residential project at Jalan Sultan Tengah here.
Dubbed Sumber Alam Sanctuary, the 49-acre project will comprise 174 double-storey and 88 single-storey semi-detached houses, all of which will have piped gas and wireless broadband facilities.
