KUALA LUMPUR: Marina Sanctuary Resort Sdn Bhd has secured a RM50mil loan from Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Bhd to develop its RM750mil waterfront resort - Marina Island Pangkor - in Lumut, Perak.
Chairman Datuk Abdul Samad said the loan would be used to build roads to the resort as well as infrastructure works along the jetty and other tourist-related building structures.
