Kemaman Bitumen Company Sdn Bhd (KBSB) has invested RM270mil to build a bitumen processing factory in Terengganu, its first such investment in the country this year.
The factory, expected to be completed in June next year, is set to create more employment opportunities for Malaysians, especially those in the the Kemaman area.
