LBS Bina Group Bhd will be able to chart stronger earnings growth once its maiden overseas property development in China and a few local projects, including the Pulau Indah mixed township, are launched next year.
For the current financial year (FY) ending Dec 31, the group has targeted sales of RM600mil, compared with RM500mil last year, with half coming from its flagship Bandar Saujana Putra near the USJ/Putra Heights township.
