LKT Industrial Bhd, which is listed on the main board of Bursa Malaysia, expects contribution from its semiconductor test equipment business to increase to 30% this year.
Group executive chairman Vincent Loh Khee Lian told StarBiz that sales of LKT's semiconductor test equipment, which accounted for 20% of sales in 2003, were expected to rise because for the past three years, the group had spent about RM3mil annually on research and development (R&D) to produce a new range of test equipment.
