AFTER 35 years in international banking, Zarir J. Cama, new deputy chairman and CEO of HSBC Bank Malaysia, still looks forward to each day as a new challenge.
“I am the first Asian CEO for HSBC Malaysia, and the expectations are different. It's basically about people and how we relate to them...it is that sort of challenge that makes you wake up every morning and say that you like to go to work even after 35 years,'' he said, of some of the differences in working here and his former post in India.
