Revisiting its roots in bringing world-class entertainment to local audiences, Hitman Solutions brings the Malaysian debut of globally acclaimed contemporary Sufi artist Bismil with his highly acclaimed live experience, Bismil Ki Mehfil Live in Malaysia.
Blending Sufi poetry, soulful classics, and contemporary pop into an immersive musical journey, the one-night show will take place on Sept 19 (Saturday) at Zepp Kuala Lumpur.
Mohd Asif, better known by his stage name Bismil, began his musical journey at the age of five and started performing professionally at 18 before co-founding Bismil Ki Mehfil in 2013with the aim of introducing Sufi music to a new generation of listeners.
His breakthrough came with the release of his debut original, Tere Bina, in 2019, before gaining widespread recognition for his rendition of the legendary Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan's 'Kali Kali Zulfon Ke Phande' in 2022, cementing his place as one of the emerging contemporary voices in Sufi music.
Since then, Bismil has captivated audiences across India, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and the Middle East with his distinctive contemporary blend of Sufi, Qawwali, and Ghazal influences, while building a strong digital following of 1.9 million Instagram followers and over 390,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.
Now, for the first time, Malaysian audiences will have the opportunity to experience that same immersive experience as Bismil Ki Mehfil arrives in Kuala Lumpur this September.
