PARIS/HANOI (VNExpress): Chinese supermodel Ming Xi and her husband, Mario Ho, welcomed guests to their wedding celebration in Paris, France.
Over the last few days, Ming Xi posted a bunch of photos on social media from a welcome reception for family and friends.
The couple married in 2019, but the official wedding ceremony was held on June 2. Xi shared a series of photos from her wedding on her social media account. The couple has two children, a daughter and a son. Ho is six years younger than Xi.

Ho is the son of Stanley Ho, the late Macau tycoon widely known as the “King of Gambling.” Following his passing in 2020, the couple postponed their wedding celebrations until now.
Now 31, Ho gained attention from a young age for his academic achievements. He won first prize twice in Hong Kong mathematics competitions and also took part in numerous international math contests.
At 18, he received offers from the University of Oxford in England and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the US, ultimately choosing the latter.
After completing his undergraduate studies, he went on to earn a degree in finance from the institute. Ho has attracted a large female fan base through his appearances on several Chinese reality shows focused on intelligence and academic talent.
Xi once modeled for leading luxury brands at fashion weeks around the world. After marriage, she gradually stepped away from the spotlight and pursued business studies to assist with her husband's family businesses.

Speaking on Mango TV, she said her husband is strict, demanding, and holds high expectations for their children, meaning Ho is far from a pampered heir. She said he worked hard from a young age and was highly ambitious, and she was drawn to his intelligence and capabilities.
"I didn't marry into his family for money, but for love. If I didn't love him, no matter how wealthy or influential his family was, I wouldn't have wanted to marry into it," she said.
Ho has praised his wife for being affectionate, calm, and emotionally intelligent. He said she embraces his "quirky" interests, helping to create a joyful married life. In his view, "being married is sweeter than dating." -- VNExpress
