BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: The "Know Asean" roadshow took place recently at Perdana Wazir Secondary School in Kuala Belait, Brunei, local media reported on Saturday (May 23).

The event took place at the school's multipurpose hall. A total of 154 Year 7 and Year 8 students attended the session.

They also participated in a "Know Asean" quiz, followed by a prize presentation ceremony officiated by the school principal, according to local media the Borneo Bulletin.

The event was held by the Information Department of the Prime Minister's Office of Brunei.

The initiative forms part of ongoing efforts to promote Asean awareness while fostering a sense of patriotism and regional unity among students as future leaders. - Xinhua
