Brunei to hold nationwide prayer during total lunar eclipse


BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: The Ministry of Religious Affairs, through the Mosque Affairs Department, will organise the Sunnat Lunar Eclipse Prayer at mosques, suraus, and religious halls nationwide, with the main focus at Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Mosque following the congregational Isyak prayer.

According to the Survey Department, Ministry of Development, the full lunar eclipse is expected to occur on Tuesday (March 3) from 4.44pm to 10.23pm.

Muslims are encouraged to perform the Sunnat Lunar Eclipse prayer. – Borneo Bulletin/ANN
