Laos VP calls for Khammuan authorities to aim for economic growth, stability

VIENTIANE: A far-reaching development strategy aimed at economic growth, improved infrastructure, political stability and enhanced social welfare by 2030 is essential to ensure progress in Khammuan province over the next five years.

This was the message delivered by Politburo member, Standing Member of the Party Central Committee Secretariat, and Vice President of Laos, Bounthong Chitmany, when addresssing the province’s 11th Party Congress on Tuesday (Sept 30).
