The force received a report from a security guard at 3pm on Wednesday that the 75-year-old was discovered lying unconscious in the 10th-floor stairwell of Ming Sau Building on Chun Yeung Street.

Paramedics transported him to Ruttonjee Hospital in Wan Chai, where he was later pronounced dead.
