BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: Former ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to Japan Pengiran Datuk Paduka Idriss Pengiran Temanggong Pengiran Mohammad was conferred with the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver star of the Japanese Government in a ceremony at the residence of the Ambassador of Japan on Friday (July 18).
