Police file first information report (FIR) over rape of disabled 14-year-old girl in Punjab’s Hafizabad

PUNJAB, (India): Police have registered a first information report (FIR) in the case of a 14-year-old girl with mental and physical disabilities being allegedly sexually assaulted in Punjab’s Hafizabad district.
