Philippines' Cagayan De Oro City creates special ‘justice zone’ to combat online child abuse

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, (Philippines): The city government has institutionalised its status as Northern Mindanao’s first “justice zone” against online sexual abuse and exploitation of children (OSAEC).

It created a coordinated legal framework to protect minors and prosecute offenders.
