KHAI Bahar, the newly-crowned Most Popular Male Singer at the Anugerah Bintang Popular Berita Harian Ke-35 (ABPBH35), joins vocal forces once again with fellow artist Wany Hasrita to release their new single, “Berbagi Hati.”
This heartfelt song, composed by seasoned songwriters Mas Dewangga and Jova Devito, is released under Malaysia’s renowned label, Sony Music Malaysia.
The single also serves as the original soundtrack (OST) for the upcoming drama series "Berbagi Suami", an adaptation of a popular Indonesian "sinetron" series, premiering on December 2, 2024, a collaboration between Astro and Radiusone.
“This is my second official single with Wany Hasrita,” shared Khai. “We’ve often performed together on stage, both in Malaysia and Singapore. Wany and I started our careers around the same time, in 2016, so I’m thrilled to work with her on such a meaningful project.
For Wany Hasrita, the opportunity to duet with Khai was a true honor. “I’m genuinely grateful to Sony Music Malaysia for entrusting me with this song,” she said.

“Recording this track was smooth because we’ve known each other for years, and our voices blend naturally, especially in ballad and traditional styles. We discussed at length on how to bring unique dynamics to this song, ensuring our collaboration would sound distinct and engaging,” said Khai.
In addition to her singing career, Wany is now navigating life as a wife and mother, adding new depth to her artistry. “It’s not an easy journey, but with a strong support system, including my husband and family, I’m managing to balance it all,” she shared.
Khai, who is also active in acting, expressed his hopes for the song and the series to resonate with audiences. “As an artist, I want my work, whether in music or acting, to leave a lasting impression.
