BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: Timor-Leste President Dr Jose Ramos-Horta arrived in Brunei on Sunday (Nov 5) evening for a state visit.

Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah is expected to receive the visiting president today (Monday).
