Major power outage in Brunei causes disruption

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin/Asia News Network): Large sections of Brunei have experienced a significant power outage since 11.30am on Tuesday (Oct 17), leading to disruptions in the daily lives of residents.

The Bulletin has confirmed reports of power cuts in various areas, including Mukim Gadong, Mukim Serasa, Mukim Mentiri, and Mukim Berakas in the Brunei-Muara District. Additionally, large areas in the Belait, Tutong, and Temburong Districts have also been affected.
