Miri court fines two Bruneians over drug abuse charges

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin/ANN): Two Bruneians were fined RM1,800 each with a default sentence of two months’ imprisonment for drug abuse by the Magistrate’s Court in Miri, Sarawak in Malaysia on Thursday, The Borneo Post reported.

Magistrate Sandy Yvette Freddy sentenced both after they pleaded guilty to the charges, which were presented separately.
