BANGKOK (The Nation/Asia News Network): Thais are expecting benefits from economic partnerships and international politics during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (Apec) Summit this week, former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra’s youngest daughter said on Wednesday (Nov 16).
In a Facebook post, Paetongtarn Shinawatra (pic), leader of the so-called “Pheu Thai Family”, urged the present government led by Prime Minister Prayut Chan-O-Cha to host the summit in such a way that it brings maximum benefit to the country and people.
