Man, 24, charged after allegedly attacking woman, 64, with razor blade in robbery attempt in Singapore

SINGAPORE, Nov 12 (The Straits Times/ANN): A 24-year-old man was charged on Saturday with attempting to use a razor blade to rob a 64-year-old woman.

Shamsher Singh allegedly attacked the woman and tried to rob her on Thursday at about 8.30pm on an overhead bridge along Mountbatten Road.
