Myanmar issues special stamp depicting native bird

YANGON (Eleven Media Group/Asia News Network): The Myanmar Postal Service has issued a new 200-kyat postage stamp featuring a bird that is only seen in Myanmar, according to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation.

The Myanmar Postal Service issued the new postage stamp depicting the native Myanmar “white-throated babbler” bird, which the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation has recorded as a local bird species that only grazes in Myanmar.
