Philippines logs 1,671 new Covid-19 cases, total rises to 3,658,892 on Friday (Feb 25)

MANILA, Feb. 25 (Xinhua): The Philippines' Department of Health (DOH) reported 1,671 new Covid-19 infections on Friday, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the South-East Asian country to 3,658,892.

The DOH said 59 more people died from Covid-19 complications, taking the death toll to 56,224, with three testing laboratories failing to submit data.
